What does your pricing include?
Our pricing is inclusive of VAT. We do also include a free design service as well as free shipping.
How quickly can I get my order?
Our standard turnaround is 4 weeks once your order is submitted. We own our own factories so consistency is guaranteed.
Can I get names on the back of my netball dress order?
For sure! When in the design phase, please let our design team know you would like your dress design with NAME on the back. Your account manager will then go through any extra cost this may be for this.
What is CS Direct/Team Store?
CS Direct/ Team Store is a revolutionary way of ordering for clubs as it cuts out order sorting and payment worries altogether. Your uniform designs will be put into a team store for a selected period (set by you). You will then be provided with a URL link which you can send out to your club members. Each club member can then order exactly what they need from the store, and make their payment. Find out more here.
What are your minimum orders?
Champion System has a no minimum ordering policy, so one-off items can be ordered. We aim to reduce the amount of stock you hold each season. Ideally, it is best to order 10 (of any main item) so that you can qualify for our standard CS10 pricing. (Main items can include netball dresses, netball shorts, jackets, singlets etc).
How can I start my custom order?
You can start your custom order here. You will set up your account and then can commence designing and ordering. We only ask for a £90 design deposit to unlock your account and allow you to start liaising with our design team (Note: this is not an additional fee, it will be taken off your final balance). How do I determine my sizing?
Click here to access our sizing charts. You can also arrange to have a sizing pack sent out to your club or team to try on. Please contact us to arrange this.
Can I order extra length on my netball dress?
Absolutely! You can add length by 1.5 inches OR reduce length by 1.5 inches. You can easily select these options in the ordering phase.
How can I start my design?
You can start your design by registering on our custom order page. You will have the option to use our world-class design lab OR the option to upload images or design templates. Once submitted, our design team will put this on to a Champion System production proof for you where you can then either approve the design and order (or make further changes).
